Worn for centuries by men and women in the Pyrenees, espadrilles became a travel fashion staple in the late 40s when Rita Hayworth and Lauren Baccall enchanted in them. Yves Saint Laurent introduced them to the catwalk in the 70s, today we can't leave the city without a pair in tow.
Going places? Pablo Picasso, who painted my great aunt, wore his jute soles all over the Riviera but ours are 30% lighter and made with soles that add a little bounce to your step.

Life is a rigorous & sometimes dirty business. So we make shoes that can be cleaned easily.
All of our fabric models are washable in warm water, by hand or onthe delicate cycle.
Once clean, leave your shoes to air dry in a warm place.
For leather models, wipe off excess dirt with a damp cloth. Clean with a neutral shoe polish.
